Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags still attached

You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues with Your Order

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygiene or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you currently have.

Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately for the correct item.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The product must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
